Lotus AI is a consulting firm specializing in Generative AI and Responsible AI transformation. Founded by a leader with over two decades of experience at global institutions such as Microsoft and Goldman Sachs, the company works with a wide range of clients, from senior executives in large enterprises to scale-ups, start-ups, and emerging tech companies. During the early stages of launching the firm, we collaborated closely with the founder to define the brand’s strategic foundation and create a visual and structural system that would support both technological innovation and socially responsible transformation initiatives.

Logo story

The logomark draws inspiration from the birth of the lotus flower and the ecosystem that surrounds it. At the center lies the lotus itself, representing clarity, transformation, and impact. Around it, abstract leaf forms symbolize the broader environment the brand interacts with: startups, scale-ups, organizations, and the people its work ultimately touches.

Just as a lotus grows and gradually spreads across the water’s surface, the visual structure reflects the idea of influence expanding outward. The central form represents the source of transformation, while the surrounding elements represent the communities and systems shaped by that impact. The result is a mark that captures both growth and interconnectedness, reflecting Lotus AI’s vision of responsible and human-centered technological transformation.

Brand positioning & strategy

The brand needed to reflect a rare combination: deep corporate experience, cutting-edge AI expertise, and a strong human-centered philosophy. Together with the founder, we developed a positioning that balanced authority with empathy, allowing the firm to speak credibly to enterprise leadership while remaining aligned with responsible innovation. The brand architecture was designed to support multiple dimensions of the practice, including AI consulting, transformation initiatives, and socially responsible technology projects.

Visual communication & website design

A cohesive visual system was developed to support the brand across multiple contexts, from consulting presentations to digital platforms and thought leadership materials. Adaptable patterns and graphic elements were created to allow the brand to expand across different types of projects while maintaining consistency.
